Well, as you can tell from my lack of blogging life has been crazy. Summer will do that to you-but so will adding two children at once. I pretty much spend my days playing referee, chef, maid, counselor and occasionally fun mom! It's not really anything major going on, but lots of little things all day long. Sometimes I think I'm going to go crazy if one more person tattles. Then it happens and somehow I manage to stay somewhat sane. So we've started having time outs for tattling. I know my kids are just being normal kids so it's hard to fault them for that but sometimes I just need them to be exceptionally obedient kids, is that asking too much?
I do have lots of darling pictures and stories from the past two months and I'm sure once school starts we will settle into a new routine (that hopefully involves a little more down time for me) and I will have more time for this blogging thing. Until then, some prayers for my sanity would be helpful.

Are you trying to describe my house!? I am not really sure where this summer has gone but I am pretty sure that I haven't spent a ton of "quality" time with my kids.
Miss Emersyn has been fussy for the last three days, this has really been the first time for her and I was so not equipped! I am trying to stop being so obsessive and take things as they come but some days, I am right there with you and am pretty sure that I am losing my mind! Maybe we should start a support group!

Best of luck! Just know that we are thinking of you....and perhaps might have a fast in your behalf:)
We don't have any kids, but looking at your cute blog always fulfills our of our 'baby hungry-ness":)
You are amazing! Don't ever forget it, I think you are doing so good. It was good to visit with you~ Hang in there sis. I only have 2 and I have updated since June so don't feel to bad.
Shelly, You and Boyd really do amaze us! We really admire what you've done with your lives... even if it causes some temporary craziness! We miss you guys. I'm sorry we didn't get together while I was in town for the high school reunion but I'll be back soon! Miss you.

I think you fell off the blog wagon... ;) c'mon now you'll have tons of FREE time with the kids back in school. I just got back on the wagon, it feels fine!
Boyd and Shelly: What a beautiful family! I work with Boyd, and it has been fun to swap adoption stories. Christi and I with you the best!
