On Saturday we woke up to a nice layer of snow! We ended up building a HUGE snowman in the front yard. We were having so much fun, we decided to grant Emma's wish and build an igloo in the backyard. We were so exhausted by the time we got it finished we just went inside and made hot chocolate. Actually, Boyd went to check the neighbors to see if they needed their driveway shoveled and we didn't see him for another hour and a half! Hopefully it will be around for a while so we can actually play in it! What a memory!

Hudson loves shoveling with his Dad and the scouts, he thinks he is so big!

Emma building the "head" of our HUGE snowman!

The best Dad in the world!

Emma and Hudson found two Easter eggs in the snow (I have no idea where they came from). They were pretending to be polar bears and those were their babies-they're a little confused. They thought we were building the igloo for the polar bears to live in.

We got more snow on Sunday and it really made the snow cave look better, it looked a little strange surrounded by grass.

how fun! It snowed here about 1/2 inch, but it all melted before we could play...that is a cool igloo- really cool.
I am missing the snow already! How fun! You two are great parents. I sent my kids out and told them to do it themselves!
