Okay, there aren't really 100 photos on this post, but there may have been if Sammy hadn't thrown our camera away in May. I haven't put these pictures in any order, but they encompass our adventures from April through July.

Although we don't like trips to the Emergency Room. The kids like the swag that the nurses give you. Like these bandages that you can buy at the store for $3, but for some reason when we get our medical bill they cost $73. They must be better than the ones you can get at
Wal-Mart. I wonder if they charged us for the
Dum-
Dum sucker?

Easter Sunday with our food storage filling the living room. Whenever I blog, I realize that I need to pick up the camera more, our family photos almost always consist of me and the kids. Sorry Shell.

I love these photos because it looks like we got before and after of Gracie blowing chunks in the toilet (with the whole family on hand cheering her on). But in actuality, this is one of our family's favorite Easter traditions: Coloring the toilet water after coloring Easter Eggs.

This is us on the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. About 2 minutes after this photo, Emma got her foot caught in the spokes of the tricycle and killed her princess shoes (and the skin on her foot and ankle). That is how we got the $73 bandages.

This might be our first photo of Sam not eating in a high chair.

Emma got to go to a real tea party (without real tea) for her cousin's birthday.

Ahhh, here's a Sammy photo we are
accustommed to.

Gracie had a birthday and got a singing Barbie. "Connected", the song that Barbie sings, has been in my head since April 1st.

Camping with the cousins over the 24
th of July. My family all brought their dogs (11 total).

Hudson, showing off the Sheep pelvis he found.

This was quite the day. Emma had to wear Jonah's clothes because I forgot to put Emma's bag in the car. Then, we were fishing for crawdads and Emma fell in wearing the only pants she had. Her "catch" that she is holding is a chicken leg that we use for bait. By the way, I am not the guy with the sword in the background, that is my brother (we love you,
Noodlehead).

We had a neighborhood camp out, and the camp had a sand volleyball pit. Sammy loved it.

Hudson, tried to get a drink out of this fountain for about 5 minutes and this is as close as he got. Seriously one of the funniest things I have ever seen. I felt like a bad Dad for not helping him, but I was laughing too hard.

Jonah had a water birthday.

Fishing at Bridger Lake. Here was the score: Hudson=10 Fish, Jonah=9 Fish, Emma=6 Fish(she was actually the first one to 6. She would catch a fish everytime she casted. After 30 minutes and 6 fish, she looked at me and said, "Dad I'm bored, I don't want to fish anymore.") Gracie=1 Fish, and Dad=0 Fish.

Now what could wear out a girl to make her fall asleep in her dress?...

...Being a flowergirl in her uncle's wedding, of course.

Speaking of sleeping, Shelly went on a girl's trip a couple weeks ago. On Saturday morning she called from her trip and Emma answered the phone. This is what I heard:
Emma:Hello.
Emma:Hi Mom.
Emma:We miss you Mom.
Emma:Guess what Mom. There were four police cars here last night because Dad lost Gracie.
Emma:Mom? Uh, Dad wants me to give him the phone so he can talk to you.
Yeah, I lost Gracie. She fell asleep under the coffee table, exactly where you couldn't see her. The kids and I searched through the house 5 times screaming as loud as we could, but she didn't wake up. We started outside and our wonderful neighbors quickly got involved. The police arrived and within 15 minutes of arriving the police found her. I have never been so sick in my life.
The next morning came slowly (I didn't sleep good that night), and in the morning Gracie came bounding into our room to Shelly's side of the bed (as she does everyday). She quickly realized that Mom was still gone. She walked backwards out of the room with the saddest look on her face, even though I was begging her to come give me a hug.

This is Jonah with 2 of his friends from Ethiopia. There is a group of families that have adopted from Ethiopia here in the state that gets together every month or so. It was fun to see him enjoy his special friends.

This is dumb dog. Gracie likes dumb dog. I like it when Gracie is happy. I guess I like dumb dog too.

Hudson is the shoveling king. I went to the hardware store and bought him and Jonah real shovels that are their size. Hudson gets up many mornings and asks if he can go out and shovel. This is what he looks like when he comes back inside. I think he might be upset if the dirt hole turns into a sand box.

Until next time.

What a great summer! I feel like ours has just begun, and it's almost over. By the looks of many of these pictures you need to get a dog. All of your kids and puppies on the camping trip looked so cute!
